We at Close Care are currently looking for a licensed nurse for staffing assignments at a SÄBO facility in Vellinge.

About the roleAs a nurse with us at our SÄBO facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. You will have a leading role.

The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management

• Working in national quality registers

• Supervising nursing staff

• Nursing responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• At least three years of professional experience, preferably within elderly care

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care services

• Experience in supervision

• Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
